Laminator LCD panel
LCD Display Settings Function
Mode Single
Pass
Default setting; laminates on one side only.
Passes card without laminating.
Film 1-mil
0.6 mil
overlay
Default setting for patch film 1-mil thick.
For patch film 0.6-mil thick.
Use with topcoat with no positioning markings.
Film Position -7 to +7 Adjusts the patch transfer position. Default setting is 0;
the patch moves to the right with a positive value and
to the left with a negative value.
Temp Temperature, default 170° Press the RESET/ key to set temperature from 130°
C to 180° C in 5° increments. Press the ENTER key to
confirm selection.
Speed Lamination speed, default
5.5mm/sec
Press ENTER and use the RESET/ key to set
lamination speed from 4mm/sec to 9mm/sec in
0.5mm/sec increments. The value that can be set may
be limited by the temperature setting. Press the
ENTER key to confirm selection.
Card Fan Off, Low, Half, High, or Full Press the RESET/ key to turn the card cooling fan Off
(default), Low, Half, High, or Full. Press the ENTER
key to confirm selection.
Cool Time 0 (default), 5, 7, or 10
seconds
Press the RESET/ key to select the amount of
cooling time before laminating starts.
Power Save Off, 10, 20, 30 (default), or
60 minutes
Lowers the heater temperature if no lamination has
occurred in the set time period. Preheating
automatically returns when a card enters the
laminator.
LCD contrast 1 to 5 Press the RESET/ key to set the LCD display
contrast from 1 to 5. The larger the number, the higher
the contrast.
Cleaning Without HR Cleans the transport roller only.
With HR Cleans transport and heat rollers. The laminate
cartridge must be removed to clean the heat roller.
