Bend remedy laminator settings

When the laminated card warps

concave, the printer bend remedy

settings should be effective in

correcting the problem. See Bend

remedy printer settings on the

previous page.

If the laminated card warps convex,

set the printer’s Bend Remedy> Temp

Level to Off and set the laminator’s

Card Fan to one of five settings.

Set the printer’s Bend Remedy>Temp

Level to Off when laminating cards that have been printed on both sides.

To set the laminator Card Fan:

1 Press the MENU key on the laminator’s LCD display until “Card Fan” is

displayed.

2 Press the ENTER key.

3 Press the RESET/ key to select from five settings: Off, Low, Half,

High, or Full. You may need to experiment with this setting to obtain

satisfactory results. Remember to allow sufficient time for the bend

remedy roller to cool after decreasing the temperature setting.

4 Press the ENTER key to confirm the setting.
